Sources: Illumina divested GRAIL via spin-off completed June 24, 2024. Per Illumina's FY2025 Form 10-K, the GRAIL disposition did not meet accounting criteria for discontinued-operations treatment, so GRAIL's results remain embedded in Illumina's consolidated GAAP financials for FY2021-FY2024, including large GRAIL-related goodwill/IPR&D impairments that drove consolidated GAAP net losses of $(4.404) billion in FY2022 and $(1.223) billion in FY2024. To present a consistent continuing-operations view, the revenue-history chart uses Illumina's self-reported 'Core Illumina' (ex-GRAIL) revenue for FY2021-FY2024 and consolidated FY2025 revenue (no GRAIL remains post-divestiture, so FY2025 consolidated = Core Illumina). All other FY2025 figures (revenue mix, net income, margins, KPIs) are Illumina's reported continuing-operations results, which are not affected by GRAIL.
