Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents shares acquired upon accelerated vesting and settlement of restricted stock units ("RSUs") previously granted to the Reporting Person. In connection with the Reporting Person's separation from service effective December 31, 2025, the Issuer accelerated and deemed earned 174,324 RSUs, which were settled into an equivalent number of shares without further service or contingency.

2. Represents share held by Schwartz & Associates, PC, of which the Reporting Person is 100% owner.

3. These RSUs were accelerated and settled into Common Stock in connection with the Reporting Person's separation from service. Each RSU represented a contingent right to receive one share of Common Stock upon vesting and settlement.
