Item 8.01 Other Events.

On November 16, 2005, Jones Soda Co. received a letter from The Nasdaq Stock Market approving the Company's application to list its common stock on the Nasdaq SmallCap Market under the trading symbol "JSDA." The Company has requested that the listing be effective for trading commencing Monday, November 28, 2005.
