| Item 7.01 | Regulation FD Disclosure. |
On May 25, 2022, VerifyMe, Inc. (the “Company”) plans to host an Investor Call through a conference call and webcast consisting of a presentation by the Company’s executive management team, including an overview of its strategic objectives and updates regarding its business development efforts followed by a question and answer period. The presentation slides and webcast will be archived on the Investors section of VerifyMe’s website and will remain available for 90 days. A copy of the presentation is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
