On June 29, 2023, Fidelis Insurance Holdings Limited (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the pricing of its initial public offering of its common shares (the “Offering”) and on July 3, 2023, the Company issued a press release announcing the closing of the Offering (together, the “Press Releases”).
