Item 4.01 Changes in Registrant’s Certifying Accountant.

On March 29, 2007, The Children’s Internet, Inc. a Nevada corporation (“TCI”), entered into a Retainer Agreement with the accounting firm of Hunter, Flemmer, Renfro & Whitaker, LLP (the “Firm”) of Sacramento, California whereby the Firm has agreed to replace the Company’s previous auditors Marc Lumer & Company who previously resigned on October 2, 2006. The Company had never consulted with the Firm prior to entering into the current Retainer Agreement for this engagement.
 
A copy of the agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.3.
