Mr. Hamedani Chief Executive Officer, Chairman and its majority shareholder. Through his control of Two Dog Net, Inc. Mr. Hamedani has indirect beneficial ownership of the option granted to Two Dog Net, Inc. by resolution of the Board of Directors on February 15, 2005. Mr. Hamedani is the father of Sholeh Hamedani, the President, Chief Executive Officer, Chairman and majority shareholder of the Issuer.
